1-Year Colour Warranty
We stand behind the colour of every piece we make. All C'Bella jewellery is made from waterproof stainless steel and designed to be worn every day – in the shower, at the gym, in the pool and sea, and with your everyday perfume and lotions. That's why every piece comes with a 1-year colour warranty.
What's covered
- Colour loss and tarnishing: if your jewellery loses its colour or tarnishes within 12 months of delivery, we'll replace it free of charge.
What's not covered
- Broken or bent pieces, including broken chains and clasps
- Loose, lost or damaged stones
- Loss or theft
- Damage from harsh chemicals such as bleach or chlorine cleaning products
- Normal signs of wear, like light scratches
- Items altered or repaired by someone else
How to make a claim
- Email us at info@cbellajewelry.com with your order number.
- Attach a clear photo of the item showing the colour change.
- We'll review your claim and, if it's covered, send you a replacement of the same item, or a similar piece of equal value if it's no longer available.
Personalised pieces are covered for colour loss in the same way, and will be remade with the original details.
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, which are not affected. If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll put it right.
