These terms apply to every order you place with us. Please read them before ordering. If you buy as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

2. Using Our Website

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

You agree not to misuse our website, including by uploading harmful code, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or scraping our content.

3. Our Products

Our jewellery is 18K gold plated stainless steel, designed to be water- and tarnish-resistant for everyday wear. Gold plating is a surface layer and may gradually wear over time depending on use and care.

We try to show colours and details as accurately as possible, but small variations due to screen settings and finishing may occur.

Please check ring sizes carefully before ordering.

Personalised items are made to your specification. Please check spellings and details carefully before ordering, as we will produce exactly what you enter.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. If you choose another currency, the price is converted at checkout, and your card provider may charge conversion fees.

Delivery charges are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

If we discover a clear pricing error after you have ordered, we will contact you. You can then either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments made with Klarna or PayPal are also subject to their own terms.

5. Your Order and Our Contract

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order. Our contract with you is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched.

We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud. If this happens, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

6. Delivery

Processing times, delivery charges, delivery estimates and what to do if a parcel is lost, late or damaged are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Risk in the items passes to you when they are delivered to you or to someone you nominate.

7. Returns and Your Right to Cancel

You can return your order for any reason within 15 days of the day you receive it. To start a return, email info@cbellajewelry.com with your order number.

Items should be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging. If an item is returned worn or damaged, we may reduce your refund to reflect its reduced value.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your return, including the standard delivery charge you paid. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

This right does not apply to personalised or engraved jewellery, permanent jewellery or gift cards. Earrings are supplied in a sealed bag for hygiene reasons and cannot be returned once the seal has been opened, unless they are faulty.

8. Faulty Items

We are required by law to provide goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item is faulty, you may be entitled to a refund within 30 days of delivery, or to a repair or replacement after that.

We will cover the return postage for faulty or incorrect items. Please contact us with your order number and photos of the fault.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes

Offers such as “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” apply only as described in the offer and only while it is running. Unless stated otherwise, the free item is the lowest-priced qualifying item.

Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers unless stated otherwise. If you return items bought under a promotion, your refund will reflect the price you actually paid.

10. Reviews and Content You Submit

If you post a review, photo or other content, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on our website and social media.

Your content must be honest, lawful and based on your own experience. We may remove content that does not meet these standards, but we do not remove genuine negative reviews.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos and designs, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use it commercially without our written permission.

12. Our Responsibility to You

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights as a consumer.

Our products are for personal use. If you buy for business or resale purposes, we are not liable for any loss of profit or business opportunity.

13. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption or strikes. If this happens, we will contact you, and you may cancel and receive a refund for any items not yet delivered.

14. Your Personal Information

We use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order will apply to that order.

16. Complaints and Governing Law

If you have a problem, please contact us first at info@cbellajewelry.com. We aim to reply within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live outside the UK, you keep any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
