Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after 2pm are processed the next business day. Personalised pieces need an extra 2–3 business days.

United Kingdom
- Standard delivery: £1.99
- Free standard delivery on orders of £39.90 or more
- Tracked delivery: £2.99
International
- Many destinations: Tracked International, £6.99
- Other destinations: Express International or Tracked and Signed International, £5.99
- Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden: Express International, 50 NOK
- United States: $8.00, or free on orders of $79.00 or more

Estimated delivery times are 2–4 business days for UK Standard, 5–10 business days for Europe, and 7–14 business days for other international destinations. These are estimates and start once your order has shipped.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received it within 3 business days, contact us at info@cbellajewelry.com.
Customs & Duties
UK orders: no additional charges. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
Lost, Late or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, or arrives damaged, email us with your order number and, for damaged items, a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
Incorrect Address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we'll update it before dispatch. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
